- Modified Original valid NICOP / CNIC
- Copies of both parents’ CNIC / FRC
- Last Original Passport
- Dual nationals: Original Australian Passport
- Copy of Visa Grant Notice
- Copy of current Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO)
- In case of applicants on Bridging Visa E (BVE), a certificate from Attorney / Consultant / Agent stating reason for the Bridging Visa
- In case of applicants on Protection Visa, Form-P duly filled in and signed
- For Married Female Applicants: Original CNIC / NICOP bearing husband’s name is mandatory
- For Divorced Female Applicants:
- Original CNIC / NICOP bearing father’s name
- Divorce Certificate
- For modification in Place or Date of Birth:
- Revised CNIC / NICOP, and
- Revised Birth Certificate
- For mail delivery of passport, self-addressed Express Post / Registered Post Envelope.
Note: As per Rules, the Passport Officer while processing the application is required to personally satisfy himself about the national status / credibility of the applicant to confirm that the applicant is a bonafide citizen of Pakistan in terms of Pakistan Citizenship Act, 1951. The Officer is authorized to ask for additional documents / evidence.
Passport Fee
- The Passport Fee (non refundable) varies according to the number of pages, validity period and processing category.
- Fee is to be paid through EFTPOS (bank charges apply) – all credit / debit cards, except American Express, are accepted.
- No cash payment is accepted.
Checklist before Visit
- Book an Appointment
- Prepare all required documents.
Visit Day
- Provide all the required documents to Consular Officer.
- Inform the Passport Officer of your choice of number of Passport pages, validity period and category (Normal or Urgent).
- For applicant under 18 years of age:
- Both the parents must be present, or
- In case one of the parents is absent, a Letter of Consent signed by the absenting parent and attested by the Justice of the Peace (JP).
Passport Ready
- Processing time at the High Commission is 1 business day after receipt of passport from Pakistan, which may take 2-3 weeks for urgent and 4-6 weeks for normal passport.
