The applicants residing in Australia are eligible to apply for Pakistani Driving Licence Verification at the High Commission.
Please note that submitting fake, forged or digitally altered document is a fraud offence and subject to severe penalties under Crimes Act 1900 and Pakistan Penal Code Section 420.
Required Documents
- Driving License Form filled in and signed
- Attested Copy of Passport
- Attested Copy of CNIC / NICOP
- Attested Copy of the Pakistani Driving Licence (National Licence only)
Note: Documents may be submitted in person or through mail / post. For delivery of the Verification Letter through mail / post, please provide a pre-paid self-addressed Registered / Express Post Envelope.
Processing Fee
- Processing fee is AUD 20.00 (non-refundable).
- Fee may be paid through Postal Money Order in favour of “High Commission for Pakistan” or EFTPOS (bank charges apply) – all credit / debit cards, except American Express, are accepted.
- No cash payment is accepted.
Checklist before the Visit
- Fill in and sign Driving License Form
- If you are not visiting the High Commission, pay the Fee through Postal Money Order and send all completed documents by post.
Day of Visit
- Bring required documents to the High Commission.
- Pay Fee and submit documents.
Document Ready
Processing time depends on the verification received from the Licence Issuing Authority in Pakistan. Once the verification is received, the Letter is issued by the High Commission within 2 business days.
