- Only Pakistan citizens residing in the Australian Capital Territory, Western Australia, Queensland and the Northern Territory may apply to the High Commission in Canberra.
- Two sets of Power of Attorney/Affidavit documents to be attested.

- Executant’s Original Pakistani/Australian Passport along with its copy.
- Executant’s Valid Original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) along with its copy.
- Attorney’s Copy of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP).
- Three recent passport size photographs (one photograph need to be affixed on the Power of Attorney next to place of signature).
- If the witnesses are mentioned on the Power of Attorney Document than copies of their CNIC/NICOP should be provided and witnesses should sign on the POA document.
- The executant is required to sign the Power of Attorney in front of the attesting officer.

Processing fee is A$ 20.00 per document or per executant whichever is more. For urgent processing, double fee will be charged.
Modes of Payment:
- In case of High Commission for Pakistan, Canberra, Postal Money Order / Certified Bank Cheque / Bank Draft in favor of “High Commission for Pakistan, Canberra” OR through EFTPOS.
- Additional surcharge will be applicable in case of payment through EFTPOS as per List
